Daily Northeast Broiler/Fryer Parts as of 11:30
Prices are trending firm for tenders, steady to firm for wings and boneless
skinless breasts and steady for dark meat items. Trucklot buying activity
is seasonally light to moderate as dealers began to look other more
traditional holiday items. Offerings of tenders are in close balance and
continue to clear well; boneless skinless breasts and wings are light to
moderate and dark meat items mostly moderate for current needs. Market
activity is slow to moderate.
